Global manufacturer supports community initiative in Worcestershire

Manufacturer and incoming occupier at Worcester Six Business Park, MiTek has jointly funded a community project for Tibberton Village Parish.
Alongside the scheme’s property developer Stoford, MiTek is giving back to the local community by funding a new seating area at Tibberton’s village hall.
Located just two miles from the business park, and run by a dedicated volunteer committee, Tibberton’s village hall is a key community hub for local activities and events. Now, with the support of sponsorship, a new outdoor area has been developed to enhance facilities for both locals and visitors.
Robbie Hazlehurst, Chair of the Tibberton Parish Council, and Helen Savage, Chair of the Village Hall Management Committee, said: “We’re incredibly grateful to MiTek and Stoford for making this project possible. Their support truly makes all the difference, and we look forward to seeing families and friends enjoying the space in the sunshine.”
James Morgan, Managing Director for MiTek’s EMEA operations said: “Establishing our new home at Worcester Six is huge for MiTek, but it’s just as important for us to be part of the local community. Supporting the village hall project means we can give back and play our part in creating a space where people can come together.”
It comes in line with the construction of MiTek’s new 278,048 sq ft EMEA headquarters — the largest pre-sale for Worcestershire in over 20 years — which is due for completion later this year.
Alex Morgan, Director at Stoford, said: “Worcester Six is already making a significant contribution to the region, creating jobs, attracting investment, and supporting long-term economic growth. Partnering with MiTek to support Tibberton Village Hall is a great way to extend that positive impact. We’re pleased to hear what a real difference it will have for local people.”
